Lena gives the kid a friendly hair ruffle and pats him on the back to send him on his way and make it clear they weren't going to do anything to him.
When the boy is out of earshot she gives Tim an oh-you-softie smile. "Have I ever told you you're like a giant teddy bear? Because you really are."
