Ok, time to think like a strategist. His stunners and other light weapons aren't going to do a thing to her in the armor. She has air superiority, and isn't going to let him drive her off with the same trick twice. He's the superior combatant, but her automated systems and vastly superior strength make up for the difference and then some - especially with whatever is boosting her speed.

So he needs to take some of her advantages away. He takes the time while she's recovering to try and line up a shot, taking careful aim and trying to hit one of her boot jets with a nitric acid grenade. He's pretty sure its not going to do a lot to the armor itself, and knows the boots are more stabilizers than main propulsion - which is the point. If he can damage the jet mechanism, he might be able to make it a bit harder to steer, anyway. If he can slow her down, he has a chance.
