He loves his sister. He trusts her planning and tactical skills - but most horses can barely carry him at all. A pegasi carrying him and his sister isn't going to escape the Hulk - and he figures she'll realize that later.
Besides, exhausted as he is, he can run.
He flings a couple tons of rock at the Hulk to draw his attention again, then runs, trusting Svalin to handle her part of her plan, and just trying to get to the rendezvous spot.
