"We have the technology used, but some of the escapees probably have some knowledge of it. We have their primary braintrust. Hopefully with what we have, we can devise countermeasures to make sure they at least can't use the same trick again. We also have enough of their membership in custody that we've limited Hadelinde's ability to work on a large scale."
