Tundra's booming moans of sadness grew louder and more frequent. It barely had the desire to swat at Alex or Nim, nor try and destroy the invader within. However the damage was significant enough to drop the Great Beast to one knee. Also, it was not consciously absorbing earth into itself to heal.
