He should be working on the Ghelinski files, not cavorting around, but somehow he got talked into it. This Halloween party, especially one in the labs, was one that was so very against regulation.

But, when in Rome...enjoy the savagery.

So Steve shows up, his normal suits in place with a bed sheet tied around his neck like a cape and a plastic Captain America shield on his arm.

"Uhh...hi? Sorry I'm late."
