Steve could do stealthy when he had to, but he was better at making noise. He had to admit he wasn't the best choice here. Jack and Toni had the ninja/military-type training for it.
"And not me," he said. "Not good enough for it."
"Jack and Toni," he decided. Jack had the training, and Toni's mutant mojo could get them out of any major trouble.
