"Yes, nanites," she said. "When I was ten I was in a car accident and paralyzed from the waist down. Dad developed nanites and they act like nerves, bridging the nerves on each side of my injury. They're the reason why I can walk today. They also heal me at an accelerated rate. It's not fast, but for minor injuries like this it's a piece of cake."
