Frances Barton | Hawkeye ([info]hotshot_hawkeye) wrote in [info]marvel_nextgen,
Frances was pretty proud of herself; in the time it took for Martin to feng his shui into the right alignments, she had figured out how to flap to carry on without stalling and to land more like she knew what she was doing than trusting the mattress to be soft. Her flights may not be too long but it was progress and mission accomplished.

He seemed ready to start, pointing to the circle. All she could tell was the design was kind of pretty. She fluttered down from the bed to the floor and walked over, eyeing him once more. Well, there was only one thing to do, wasn't it? Careful with her tail and claws, she walked across the design without messing it up or weakening the lines. Finding the center, she sat down and hooed at him.
