She turned around when the skitter skitter stopped and smirked at him. "Sucks, doesn't it?" she asked without expecting an answer and came back. While he had willingly put his face in her palm in frustration, she wasn't certain how he'd feel about being picked up or carried when he didn't do much touching as a human. It might freak him out too much to be worth it. So she stuck out the hat for him to climb into. "Come on, Pip. I'll hold it sideways too, just to be safe."
