It's not hard to take off heads with barehanded attacks for him, but it still requires energy and after rounds of fighting essentially mobs of zombies, it did weigh on you. Always the downside of things, you ran out of energy eventually. The zombies didn't have the problem, and the still giant crowd of them surged on their two targets.
