"It shouldn't, I know I can enter both human and animal dreams, so however it touches your mind shouldn't matter, and your powers, while partly magical at the edges, don't seem to be black magic. The wards are purely protective, and the dream catcher will allow me to enter your dreams when you sleep without having to be right there."
