You're not crazy, Radiant One. Cait, someone is threatening nuclear war. Dressed like Magneto. Basically re-enacting the Cape Citadel incident. Judging by her apparent obsession in recruitment... I do not think we are, as they say, dealing with a criminal mastermind here. Just a vary dangerous person with possibly a considerable mental illness.
