Svalin knew she'd have a hard time dealing with the events of the solstice and had avoided sleeping for a few days afterward. Even she needed to sleep at some point and she had finally drifted off. The nightmares started almost instantly. She didn't dream of dying. That never scared her. She dreamed of what happened after Nidhogg killed her.
The world burned and her son was responsible. He ruled Migard and Asgard with such brutality and such destruction. Solver stood over her while she knelt on the ground in surrender. His dual maces came up to strike her and Svalin screamed.
