The try turned to the shadowy..man? Sounded like a male at any rate. The tryk took a few sniffs to pick up the man's scent.
"This city seems to be full of unique characters." The tryk kept the vampire impaled on the spiked claw that had erupted from his "normal" hand. "My mother? Who do you think sent me here, kid? Maybe you'd like to replace fang-boy here. I'd be interested to see what kind of kinsman you'd be reborn as."
