There was a small stomping and giggling herd coming towards the Avengers' Mansion door, just in case the security cameras missed their approach. Lots of Caps and Iron Mans, even a Hulk in this batch. As soon as the kids knocked, the flashing lights and smoke machine went off around them with a booming cackle sounded amongst their shrieks. Praise to the mad geniuses and techies, they made a great haunted door when you bribed them with their own bags of candy.
The Dread Pirate Roberts tossed the door open, catching a few kids in another jump as they stared back at her. "Having a good time, kids?" she asked and held out Captain America's (plastic) shield full of candy. Like piranhas, the kids began grabbing and stubbing handfuls of candy in their bags before hollering their thanks and heading out. Roberts shut the door and grabbed a candy bar, waiting for the next batch to arrive.
