Buck was already charging Thanos, and now notices Azura joining in. It may leave some openings for the guard, but at least it might give them a chance of temporarily flanking the mad Titan.
He's wishing he'd coordinated this a little better, but he could only guess as to the forces against them, and didn't know Thanos would be present in person.
