Martin just politely stood by, hat in his hands, as he let Frances finish everything up. He even managed to contain the skip in his step until they left the door and were at least past the shop windows.
He had extremely dapper new suits! Milkshakes would only be teh cherry on top of this day, and that didn't happen often. They were usually a highlight.
"You're right, snobby is hungry work. It's a bit fun though," said the mage who was actually quite snobby himself when it came to magic and what he expected of sorcerers. But that wasn't a type of snobby to him. "Now we have suits, let's go eat!" And Martin nearly floated ahead in joy as they ventured off into the great wide London to find a meal.
