Rev. Philip Butler stood in front of the television camera.

"We must make no mistake. Mutants are a threat and anyone of them is a potential threat and have they have the power to destroy us all. Every single one of us here today live our lives at the whim of these mutants. Today is a day about us humanity standing up in the face of this danger and this terrifying threat. This is what mutants can do." He motioned to the cordoned off area.

"One single teenager suddenly and tragically ended the lives of ten innocent civilians and one bank robber. Every day that we wait, the more the threat grows and are these mutants held accountable for their actions? No. We have bombs, with more destructive power per pound than any conventional bomb, waiting to go off yet we have no system of tracking them or bringing them to justice. We cannot just stand by and watch the greatest threat humanity has ever faced. Mankind needs to be aware of these mutants and other super powered children. We need to hold them accountable for their actions and the destruction they rain down upon humanity."
