One weapon was out of commission, but the other was still functioning. He brought his arm up and fired to the side of the crowd.
One woman was hit and collapsed on the ground. Panic took a harder hold on the crowd and people tried to run in all directions.
Mutants in the crowd started using their powers to help them escape.
