"Comparitively, I've been on Earth a very short time. Most of my life was split between Olympia and roaming the galaxy with my mother. The movie was designed specifically to have 100 speaking roles, and tells the tale of how Emperor Targo went from Targo the Great, benevolent ruler of the Skrull Empire to Targo the Mad during the earliest days of Skrull-Kree conflict before war broke out as everyone in the court and with the Emperor's ear sought to manipulate the situation for their own ends and he sought to navigate the political intrigue to do what was best for the Empire, and ends with Targo's tragic death and the breakout into full war."
