Val grinned. "I keep it in mind." She looked around...noticing a sprig of mistletoe above their heads. She'd almost forgotten that the mansion had been set up for Christmas. Val set her cake down on a nearby table, and not even giving James a chance to blink, grabbed him by the collar and placed a firm kiss on his mouth.
