"The positively scandalous silver dress is so I can admire you on New Years Eve where we have tickets to a show on Broadway, after which we have dinner reservations at The View restaurant before we go upstairs for dancing, a cheese and dessert buffet, their chocolate fountain, and, of course, the reason they're called The View is because our table overlooks Times Square for the countdown and dropping of the ball to ring in the new year in Times Square."
Sure, technically they shouldn't be allowed, but diplomat status and money still have weight in this town.
