Giovanna Bennet isn't terrified often, but she is now, as she screams and tries to protect her face as best she can, which is only sporadically effective and her clothes are...are...
She's dazed and in a lot of pain, and she's terrified for Andrew, and ashamed she can't protect him, and ashamed that she's just as afraid for her herself or more. So scared.
But there's one thing she's not afraid of, as she blinks to try to see and finally wills one hand to lash out no matter what it exposes her to, what he's doing to her faster than hse can see, faster than she can think.
Her parents always told her never to be afraid, if it became necessary, to get a little vitreous humor on her fingers.
Giovanna claws as best she can for the cur's eyes.
