Evan rolled over in bed, where he was warm and toasty and really didn't want to get up. But, he looked at the clock anyway and grumbled when he saw what time it was. He ran his hands through his hair, still feeling sore from the night before, then crawled on top of Lucius and kissed him deeply.

"Oi." Evan kissed him softly, then let out a sigh. "Could you drive me to school? I'm late."

Right. Snape. Lucius had forgotten about him. He straightened out his clothes a bit. "No, of course not," he said dismissively. "Evan, This is Severus. He's my sober companion. Severus, this is Evan."

He wrapped an arm around Evan's shoulders. "He's living with me for a couple months while I get everything sorted out again. Making sure I don't have relapses. That sort of thing."

Severus nodded and looked Evan over. "It's nice to meet you." He told him, then slapped Lucius's on the back. "I'm going to go out to the library. I'll be home later." He left.

Evan looked back at Lucius once the other man was gone, then pressed close to Lucius again. "I have a boyfriend. I don't like him." He told him, then kissed him again, hands sliding beneath Lucius's shirt.

	Evan didn't know why Lucius was insisting he come over right then and there. Something about an emergency, so he was kind of worried about it. "Good," Lucius said, shrugging. "A bit odd. I'd gotten used to him being around, but it was time. I'm in a good place and it is nice not to have to pretend I care about chemistry every time I eat a meal. Plus, I can invite you to spend the night without worrying about his noise complaints."

He poured them both a glass of champagne, then took a seat across from Evan. "I wanted to ask you something, actually, now that he's gone."

Lucius snorted. "No," he said. "And if I was, I'd be more subtle about it. Probably invite someone over and get both of you drunk and then see if you snogged. Then I'd start kissing you and before we knew it, we'd all be fucking."

He took a sip of his champagne. "I bought your favourite brand of chicken strips and warmed them myself," he said, smiling at Evan. "The chips too. I... wanted to ask if you wanted to move in."

Lucius kissed Evan again. He didn't know how he felt about the family thing, but he was still supposed to marry and somehow impregnate Narcissa. And it made sense for Evan to be thinking of a family, with his sister knocked up.

"You better like old men. I'm not going to let you leave," Lucius said, squeezing Evan's bum and then slapping it gently. "Although I supposed eventually we're going to need a bigger place than this."
