Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry

Thoreau stirred a couple packets of sugar into his coffee, trying to ignore the fact that the barista was clearly trying to eye fuck him and was maybe someone he'd slept with before. He was with Rooney and being with Rooney meant not responding to signals the way he used to. Especially when he was also actually physically out with Rooney as said coffee shop.

He carried Rooney's drink over to him, setting it down and then sitting across the table from him, taking a sip from his own latte. "I guess the downside of spending a couple years as a slut is people don't know you've given that up." Even if technically they were open and Thoreau was allowed to sleep with other people as long as he was home by curfew, didn't do drugs, and didn't kiss on the mouth.

"She's not that cold," Thoreau said. "Pansy's really nice once you get to know her. She's just a bit guarded." He shrugged. "She's never been cold to me. If I was straight, I'd probably be dating her. I love Pansy."

He laughed at the disgust on Rooney's face when he ate the piece of fruit. "That was a grape," Thoreau said. "They're not that bad. You really didn't like it?"

"I didn't say I disliked Pansy. I think she dislikes me, though." Rooney admitted, then pulled Thoreau into his lap, kissing him softly on the lips, trying to get the taste of grape out of his mouth.

"Not really. It just tasted like..." He thought about it and shrugged. "Sweet, but weird water."

Thoreau kissed Rooney again, picking up a piece of sausage and popping it into Rooney's mouth. "Pansy is a sweet girl. Maybe she thinks you're a bit... I don't know. Big or something. She knows I like you. I told her about us dating now."

He patted Rooney on the shoulder. "Having some meat will help cleanse your palate. Fruit is good for you. I guess you might like vegetables better. They're not sweet."

"What did she say about us dating?" Rooney asked with a frown, concerned about the answer. "She didn't try and tell you to stop dating me did she? You like big, right?"

He wrapped his arms around Thoreau. "I don't want to lose you because your best friend thinks I'm bad."

"No, she didn't think you were bad at all. Or that this was bad. She thought it was good," Thoreau promised, shaking his head. He kissed Rooney again, leaning against him. "I love big, and I love being dominated."

He shrugged. "Pansy thinks you're good for me. I'm sober now. That's proof enough that you are, isn't it? We should go out one day. The three of us. Maybe with her boyfriend, if he passed the test."

Radley nodded at that and pulled Thoreau a little closer. "Okay. We can go out with Pansy and her new boyfriend one day. And do... couple things. I don't know what couple things are because My dad just fucks your dad. That's their dates."

He ate another piece of sausage. "Do you think they love each other?"

"I don't really know either," Thoreau admitted, after thinking about it for a while. "I've seen a lot of Pansy's movies, so maybe I have some ideas, but I don't think either of us would really like the girlier things they do. There are a lot of girly things. I'm not planning on writing you any poetry or songs."

He frowned to himself. He'd never heard Walden say anything about love before, except about pot roast and Romy. "I don't know," he said. "They must. They've been together forever."

"I may like a poem." Rooney informed him, shaking his head. "Thoreau, Thoreau. Your eyes are so blue. And when I look into them, I know you love me too. You're a beautiful site and you like to make dinner. And when you suck my cock, you are such a winner."

Rooney nodded at that, thinking it over. "I think he does. It's hard for Macnair's to say it."

Thoreau blinked at Rooney for a moment, then laughed, leaning in and kissing him deeply. "Your poetry is lovely," he said, pressing his lips to Rooney's forehead. "Thank you. Maybe I was wrong about poems. I'm sure we wouldn't like going to some girly tea or something though."

He popped a grape into his own mouth. "You don't have trouble saying. You don't seem like you do anyway." Radley'd said it all the time too, but Thoreau wasn't sure it meant the same thing when he said it.

"I definitely wouldn't want to go to a tea party." Radley shook his head. "I've never understood those little triangle sandwiches. That's not a real sandwich. A real sandwich requires two hands. Not two fingers with your pinky stuck out."

Rooney let a hand slide beneath Thoreau's shirt, touching his skin. "I'm not my father. I'm different."

"I know you're not him," Thoreau promised. "I'm probably a lot more like my father than you are like yours, but I'm not him either." He brushed their lips together again and slid his hands under Rooney's shirt in turn. "I like you better than your father."

He paused for a moment, then laughed. "Probably a good thing. Bad enough Romy wants to fuck him without me joining the crowd. I've seen his shows before though. It amused me to get high and watch them."

Rooney stared at Thoreau, wrinkling his nose. "That's really gross. Why would you watch one of my father's shows? You could just be with me." He told him, kissing at Thoreau's neck. He pulled back.

"Romy wants to fuck Dad?" He thought it over for a moment. "Guess that makes sense. She always wanted to sit in his lap when we were kids."

"I was high," Thoreau said, shrugging. "When you take enough pills you sort of stop worrying about whether what you're doing is right or wrong or gross. I've seen him fuck my dad."

He snorted, raising an eyebrow at Rooney. "You've seen her new boyfriend. Of course she does. She has tons of daddy issues. I love her, but she does. She still sits in his lap now."

"I could get behind watching your dad. Not mine." Rooney wrinkled his nose. "Your dad is fit. My dad is... My dad. And... Ew. I've seen him naked once and that was enough."

He kissed Thoreau softly. "You don't want to fuck my dad, right? You're sure?"

Thoreau laughed against Rooney's lips, nodding his head. "I'm sure," he promised. "I've made my decision as far as Macnairs go and it's you."

He raised an eyebrow at Rooney. "Do you want to fuck my dad?" he asked. "I'm not sure how I feel about that. He's old now."
