Regulus had spent a lot of time thinking about Remus for the rest of the weekend. They'd texted back and forth a little bit and he'd wanked himself silly over the thought of Remus and what they'd done together. Mostly, he just wanted to see him again. It was driving him crazy, not being able to see him again.

So, he'd waited until they were in school, when most people would be in class, but during Remus's free period and slipped into the library. It was where Remus always was on his free period. He smiled to himself when he saw him sitting there, coming up behind him. "Hey. I thought I'd find you here."

Remus looked down at their joined hands and smiled to himself, then nodded, picking up the book to show Regulus the cover. "I did," he said. "Cloud Atlas. I thought I'd try and see if I could get through it. I like it so far. I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops."

He squeezed Regulus's hand. "Hey, if you want to we could go out for coffee some night this week. I don't think Sirius or James has anything planned that they need my supervision for."

	That sounded good to Regulus. It sounded like Remus wanted him to go on a date with him. A date would be perfect and he really wanted to spend more time with him. Remus wasn't sure if he'd meant it as a date or not, but now that Regulus was asking, he wanted it to be. Remus smiled. "Yeah, it'd definitely a date," he said. "We can go someplace out of the way where you don't have to worry about anyone seeing us. It'll be good."

He glanced around the library, and leaned down and kissed the back of Regulus's hand. "What day are you free for out date?"

Regulus thought about his schedule, then leaned in and kissed Remus softly on the lips. He wanted to have a normal relationship with him, but he knew that he couldn't. They'd always have to run to another town so that no one would know.

"I'm free tonight." Regulus told him. "And Wednesday. But, I have to work on the books the rest of the week. I could come to your house to do that, though. If you want me to."

"I do like you," Remus promised. He studied Regulus for a moment before nodding. "Yeah. You should come over if you're not worried about the trip back. I'll tell my parents you're going to be staying for dinner. You're reasonable. They'll like you."

He rubbed his thumb over the back of Regulus's hand. "So what kind of food do you want to get for dinner tonight?" Remus asked. "On our date."

	It was a real date. If he wouldn't feel stupid, he would have gotten up to dance. This was going to work out. He and Remus could have a relationship and maybe one day he'd be able to tell his mother he was gay. "What kind do you want?" Regulus asked, smiling down at their hands. "I like normal food. "Chinese," Remus said. "There's actually a Chinese place out by my place that's pretty good. We could go there tonight. It's cheap. There's no way that people would recognize you out there."

He kept his thumb moving over Regulus's hand because it was making the other boy smile. Remus really liked Sirius too, but being with Regulus was nice. He was softer than Sirius.

Remus needed the food to be cheap, but Regulus was a rich kid and not used to thinking like that so it was understandable. "It's good. They make their noodles fresh. You'll like it."

He glanced at his watch when Regulus suggested leaving. "I... Okay," he agreed, somewhat reluctantly. "I don't usually skip. I'll text Sirius and tell him I'm not feeling well so he can make my excuses."
