"Are you sure this is worth the trouble you're going to get yourself into?" Remus asked, looking around at the people crowding Sirius's mother's house. He thought they might actually know about half of them. The rest were all strangers, but when you made your end of summer party a public facebook event, this was what happened.

James slung an arm around Remus's shoulder, grinning at him. He's already consumed quite a bit of whiskey, but that was okay. Everything was wonderful and okay. "Moony, you are being so Moony," he said. "We start school tomorrow. We have to have a party. We have to have the best party. My parents won't let us have one in our house. Sirius's mother is in Paris. It's perfect. Where's Reggie? We'll get him drunk and he'll black out and won't remember to tell on us. Fool proof."

	Lily blinked and shook her head. "I haven't snogged anyone. Let alone another girl. I'm not into girls." She informed him, and then rolled her eyes. "You're such a twat." "Why would I want to go downstairs?" Sirius asked as he looked over Remus. He kind of wanted to shag him, but Remus always said no. "We could snog." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Yeah," James agreed, smiling at Lily. He reached up and touched her hair. "But you said you'd dance with me anyway. Come on." He led her into the room where everyone was dancing and wrapped an arm around her loosely, beginning to move their hips together.

"I think I'd need a bit more to drink before I snogged my friend," Remus said, smiling at Sirius. He pulled away from him as delicately as he could. Sirius snogged everyone. Remus was hoping to avoid snogs that didn't mean anything. "We're missing the party."

	When Lily had agreed to dance, she thought they'd dance like she'd seen in cheesy eighties movies. This was not like that. She looked up at James and pulled back slightly, dancing in front of him. Sirius sighed softly and walked out of the loo. He didn't understand why Remus had to be like this. He walked down the hall and started to look for a familiar face. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

James was a big sad when Lily pulled back, but she was still close to him and dancing so everything was wonderful. He smiled and wiggled his hips for her, then took her hand and spun her around. "You're graceful like a deer!"

Narcissa was just a little bit drunk because she didn't usually drink because her friends didn't normally have parties like this, but it was the end of the summer and Sirius had posted about it and she'd just bought a new dress, so why not? She stumbled into her cousin's path and then looked down at her shoes and frowned. "I'm not very good at heels when I'm drunk," she informed Sirius. "Aunt Walburga is going to kill you."

Remus let Sirius get a bit ahead of him before he left the loo. Hopefully Sirius would get distracted and stop trying to snog him tonight. And suggesting that the two of them shag.

"A... deer?" Lily asked and then laughed, letting him spin her around and move her. "I don't think that deers are very graceful. They kind of clunk when they run."

Sirius was slightly annoyed about the Remus situation. He looked at his cousin and sighed. "I'm hoping she does, after the night I've had."

Regulus had noticed Remus from across the room and figured he should go talk to him. He was alone and Remus was alone. "Hello." He said quietly. "Where did your friends go?"
