Narcissa's parents were out for the day because of some family crisis Aunt Walburga was having and Narcissa had decided to take advantage of being alone in the house to invite Thor over. Christina was away and Evan hadn't texted her back, so inviting her boyfriend over to go through romance novels together and maybe eat some terrible food was a fun, normal thing to do, right? She thought so. Besides, the crisis probably had something to do with Walburga disowning Sirius and Narcissa didn't want to think about how she was down a sister and a cousin now.
She ran to the door when the doorbell rang, smoothing down the front of her dress and then opening it and smiling at Thor. "Hello," she said. "Come in. My parents will be out for hours."
