Character Name: Aridis Thordottir

Physical description: Like most Asguardians Aridis stands over six feet tall at 6"5' and weighs about 375 lbs. She has long blonde hair and clear bright blue eyes. Like so many of her people she is often decked out in Norse clothing but she can happily wear clothing that isn't traditional if it is around.
Age: 25

Abilities: Super Strength: Aridis is as strong as the average Asguardian with no other special enhancements in that area but she is by far stronger than a mortal from Midgar.

Superhuman Stamina: Like all Asguards Aridis can out run, out swim, and out fight even the most highly trained mortal on the Earth if it's a contest in who isn't bone tired afterwards. Her body is made to cope with the stress of working for a very long time and this is the only area she might beat one of her siblings in one day.

Superhuman Durability(incuding tissue and bones):Aridis has very thick tissues that can withstand all kinds of damage. Her bones are also very much the same because of how tough they are. Because of this it helps Aridis stand up against what mortals would see as insane amounts of damage but she can still suffer injury. Her immune system also keeps away all disease and most poisons.

Long Lived: Not truly immortal like other kinds of gods like all Asguardians she ages at a slower rate. She is also very young so she doesn't have to worry yet about eating the apples of Idun.

Strong Will Like the rest of her people Aridis has a very strong will power. Getting her into a funk magically or otherwise would take someone very good at being a manipulator.

Aesir She can speak clearly to people in English, German, and other Germanic/Nordic based languages as if she is speaking to them in an older version of their tongue or what they can understand.

Magic: Aridis is great at enchantments. She can also understand some major rituals that are used to protect homes and divine where members of blood family are.

Other: Excellent with a bow. Passable for an Asgard with other weapons. She can also ride very well, hold her liquor, sing, and dance well.

Weaknesses and flaws: Aridis is lazy for an Asguard. She needs to feel motivated to do anything that takes too much effort. She also is torn whenever her family members argue because she doesn't want to take sides in a fight when it comes to them. As the middle child she often is put into situations that hurt her feelings when her siblings are concerned but she hides it well by inviting her brother to go drinking with her or slacking off in her work to force one of them to become annoyed with her.

She also has very strange ideas about what is a 'good pet' and holds a fondness for dangerous beasts. Think along the lines of Hagrid from Harry Potter when it comes to that.

She also has a very strong sense of honor and no idea how Midgar really works.
