Xavier liked spending time with Caspar, but he had a boyfriend and a best friend to spend time with too. Especially with his boyfriend. Xavier had to check that he didn't have any marks from Caspar, but he'd been the one doing most of the marking up. He felt guilty, but not guilty enough that when he saw a post on some blog about Cepheus Malfoy and James Potter shagging he didn't feel a flare of jealousy.

He was supposed to meet Elodie for lunch, but plans could be postponed. He texted her to tell her to come to hig flat instead of meeting at the restaurant and headed home, hoping Cepheus would be there. Cepheus hated James Potter. And Xavier wasn't allowed to be jealous. It was hypocritical. "Phe? You home?" he called.

	Cepheus took a deep breath and nodded. "Okay." He whispered and then pressed their lips together once more. "If you're sure that I'm the only one for you. I won't trust you with him alone. Ever." Xavier nodded. "Of course," he said. "That's more than fair. It's a better deal that I expected to get after doing this, honestly." He touched Cepheus's curly hair. "I'll make sure Caspar knows I won't be spending time alone with him again."

He kissed him again, softly. "Elodie will make sure I don't do anything this stupid again too. She knows I hate the idea of hurting you."
