Working out with someone after watching them very thoroughly work out another girl on film was a bit awkward. Not nearly as awkward as Lavinia had a feeling going on a sort-of date with them and your entire family was probably going to be. She left the flat early, after getting dressed up, so that her mum didn't see who she was going with. Her dad were already at the law firm, making sure everything was ready for the party. She smiled with Rex pulled up in his car, getting in before he had time to get out. "Brilliant," she said. "Let's go before my sister comes out to see her date."

Cepheus had been very clear about this not being a date. James was fine with that. He was still sort of fighting off the cold he`d gotten from Cepheus being a dirty slut even when he was sick. He adjusted his tie as he stepped into Cepheus's room. "Do you approve?" he asked, adjusting his sleeves. "Presentable enough for your family?"

Jude was looking forward to this. Antonia Draganov was young, but she was pretty and bringing the girl who's mother had broke an engagement with his father to a business party would be fun. He knocked on the door to her flat, flowers in hand.

Scorpius didn't really want to go to the party, but his father and mother had both called and dropped strong hints about his expected appearance. He was exhausted from getting up at three to be in hair and makeup by four. He took another drink from his cup of coffee, watching Albus get ready. "You don't have to come if you don't want to," he said, smiling at him. "Cepheus is probably bringing your brother."

Cepheus laughed at that and then nodded, walking over to his father. "Hello Dads." He motioned towards James. "I brought James so I wouldn't be alone all night. How is the party going so far?"

"You have been a gentleman." Antonia nodded, then led Jude to her mother and father. "Mum. This is Jude."

Pansy hesitated as she looked at Jude, wondering if he was anything like his father. She could have been his mother. She smiled tightly. "Hello, Mister Nott. Are you enjoying yourself tonight?" She leaned against Luka.

"The one who is talking to your parents?" Rex shook his head and sighed. "I'm not sure I can actually handle meeting anymore of your family tonight. Maybe you should have brought someone worthy of you or something."

"Can we really say you spent any time with him?" Albus asked with a sigh, shaking his head. "I'm sure you two didn't have much time to talk, with what you were doing."

"No idea," Draco said. James Potter had a reputation, but at least he wasn't a porn star. Although the video of him and Cepheus that had leaked was close. "Your sister is having a moment of rebellion." He gestured to where Lavinia and Rex were standing. "She brought the porn star Scorpius slept with as her date."

Jude nodded. It didn't seem like Antonia's mother liked him much so far, but he could work on that. "I am," he said. "Antonia's very charming. We've been having a lovely time." He smiled at Pansy, as open and honest as possible. "I promise I'm nothing like my father, Mrs. Draganov."

"Don't do that to yourself," Lavinia said, frowning at Rex. "Don't internalize their shit. None of this has anything to do with you. It has everything to do with them being too stupid to see that you're a really decent person. Do you want to get out of here? We could just eat sweets."

"We talked," Scorpius said, running a hand through his hair. "We talked a lot, actually. It was pretty obvious to him that I had no idea what I was doing and we talked about our careers in the morning. He's not a bad person."

Cepheus glanced at Lavinia and Rex, then shrugged. "So? It doesn't matter what his occupation is. It's what kind of person he is. Does he rape babies or something?"

Pansy hummed thoughtfully at that. "I'm sure that you're not like your father. If you are, you shouldn't be dating my daughter." She pointed out.

"We're not dating." Antonia told her mother, shaking her head. "We're... just on a date is all."

"No. You need to make connections here tonight." Rex shook his head and gave he a sad smile. "I can stay around for that. I'm not going to let you pass up an opportunity like that."

Albus shrugged. "I don't like the idea or even thinking about the fact that you slept with a porn star. Okay? Sure, I've slept with Kit. But.. this is different."
