Xavier wasn't sure he was ready for this, but he wanted to be. Cepheus needed someone around to tell him that he was too goof for a boy like James Potter and Xavier was happy to volunteer for the position. Plus, he was happy with Caspar. Things would be fine. They'd be friends again.
"Hey," he said, giving Cepheus a slightly nervous smile and stepping into the flat. He glanced around, clearing his throat. "Your new place is nice. Is -- do I smell Thai?" Xavier relaxed, smiling at Cepheus. "You ordered Thai for us?"
