"That's true. We are hungry a lot," Xavier said, smiling at Cepheus and following him to the food. He took a seat, trying not to reach up and mess up his hair. He didn't want to give away how nervous he was about this.
"It's weird, not seeing you all the time," he said, after a moment. "Not seeing a lot of my friends because they were our friends. I miss you, Phe."
