James was not at all sure about this whole manor thing. He'd been thinking of a small country house or something to raise their kids in. Somewhere like his grandparents place. Not a whole manor. But he was doing his best to keep an open mind, following Cepheus's directions as he drove them into the wilds of Wiltshire to visit the manor and Cepheus's grandmother.
