Scorpius thought about all the stress and pain Cepheus had put himself through making his wedding perfect and grinned at Albus. "You are the most perfect boyfriend I could ever have," he said, leaning in and stealing a kiss from him.
"Yes. Let's elope. Skip all the heart-ache and stress Cepheus and James had to go through. We'll make this about us and then we can pay Cepheus or someone to plan the ceremony for out families and it won't even matter because we already did what we wanted." Scorpius pressed his forehead to Albus's. "I am so incredibly lucky. I'll call them now. We can go shopping for whatever we want to wear tomorrow, and get on a plane as soon as they get over their jet lag."

James was sitting in the Las Vegas hotel suite he and Cepheus were sharing with Al and Scorpius, watching Albus do up his bowtie so he could go marry his boyfriend. "I can't believe my little brother is getting married," he said, shaking his head. "Everyone's going to kill you for eloping. It's great."
Scorpius was waiting for Albus to finish getting ready in the main part of the suite. He was dressed in a suit with a tie, even if he and James were eloping. He couldn't help feeling nervous. "I keep trying to remember how nervous you were at your wedding to make myself feel better at the butterflies in my stomach. God, I'm so glad I don't have to have a big ceremony like that.
