Tom really didn't want that for Draco. He knew how horrible it was to be in a marriage to a woman that you couldn't love, but he knew it wasn't something that Draco could actually be able to get out of.
"I think that sounds good for you." Tom told him quietly and then took the boy's hand into his own. "Whatever makes you happiest."
