Lucy felt like pouting right back at Radley, but she nodded instead, looking down at the pancakes. There were only a couple and they did look good. "Okay," she said.
She poked one with her fork, then cut off a bit, raising it to her mouth and eating it. "I can do this," she said, after swallowing. "I think. It's not so bad."
