Draco wasn't used to being out of the hospital yet. He still woke up early and slept lightly, as if some nurse or orderly was going to open his door and shine a light in, loudly whispering that they were doing checks. He'd gone outside every day so far, even though it was a bit cold and wet outside, just because he could. And also because Pansy was really loud when Luka was over and Draco really didn't need to sit around and listen to it.

Now, though, he was dressed in some of the old, nice clothes that his mother had brought him, sitting in a restaurant and playing with his fork while he waited for Tom and his son to show up. He couldn't see this being anything but awkward, and he really wasn't used to being in fancy restaurants anymore, but it was nice to get away from Luka and Pansy and their canoodling.

"It does occupy a lot of my time." Merlin admitted, eating another bite of his food. He ran a hand through his hair and smiled at Draco. "I do keep the weekends to myself, however. I'm an incredibly fast learner, I have a photographic memory and I read fast."

He shrugged. "On the weekends, I go dancing. Or to clubs. Just to listen to music and have a drink. Nothing wild."
