Mick was surprisingly easy to talk to and Brie found herself relaxing quickly. It was easy to see that Mick was trained in interview techniques, but Brie hardly thought about that because she was focused on the conversation. The letter in her pocket, however, was stealing some of her attention. It had accused her of being responsible for the recent murders, that it was somehow her fault that women were dying. To think of it made her go silent for a second before she pushed her response forward with a bit of a forced laugh. "Oh? I'm not sure they teach the fork method at the academy."
