We all know what happens in rating communities. Cliques are formed, and for one reason or another you just don't want to vote somebody low. Maybe you really like them as a person and don't want to hurt their feelings. Maybe making one of them mad means you make about 20 other people mad at you, too. Either way, most people don't end up with a fair score. Well, this community is different. All applicants are rated anonymously. You can say what you want. There will be no "acceptance," rules to follow, or points.

Answers to your questions:

Do I need to be a member to vote?
No. You can comment on anything, even without joining. You'll need to join the community to make a post, and if you want to post a regular picture post, you will need to have already applied.

What's the voting scale?
A simple 1-10. One is hideous, five is average, ten is astoundingly attractive.

Can I vote with my username if I want to?
Please don't. It complicates things. If someone posts a general picture post, please keep those comments anonymous too.

So why do you track IP addresses if it's anonymous?
Well, people are bound to vote on themselves, and we don't care about that. If you want a fair score, you won't. If you give yourself a 10, once you see your score, you're going to know why it's that high. However, we don't need jackasses giving the same person a "1" over and over because they don't like them, or kiss-ups giving the same e-popular person a bunch of "10"s to win brownie points. If we see that, your comments will be deleted. Otherwise, IP addresses will be ignored and will absolutely not be shared with anybody.

Can I apply more than once?
Sure! You can apply a maximum of once every week. More than that is just irritating.

Where's the application?
There isn't one. Just post your name and your age and your pictures (at least three). It's pretty straightforward. All posts have to be public.

No. As long as the comment was within the ToS, suck it up and don't put yourself up to be rated unless you can handle criticism. If it wasn't, please comment the mod post.
