- Oh! Ouch! Today in the hall that Professor Hagrid accidentally stepped on PAISLEY HOWELL's foot. It didn't break anything - so Madam Pomfrey wasn't very keen on letting her stay in the infirmary for an extended period of time. All she was able to offer was a pain relieving potion and the suggestion to 'walk it off'. As for those three bruised toes...as long as Paisley doesn't wear any open ended shoes no one will notice her foot looks like something out of the diseased section of the Wizard's Geographic International.

- Honestly, Professor Slughorn doesn’t have time for this foolishness. After being forcefully paired up at the beginning of class LISA TURPIN and THEODORE NOTT went on arguing all throughout during the seventh year NEWT level class. It all ended with a bang, quite literally! The pair’s potion exploded all over the classroom, luckily no harm came to them or their classmates, but a very disgruntled Horhace Slughorn demanded that they both stay after class to clean the dreadful mess up without magic. Though luck for Ravenclaw and Slytherin though! Both houses lost five points due to this mishap.

- Whoever thought chatting the professors up didn't work should think twice, now. PANSY PARKINSON was seen having a lovely conversation with our dear Professor Snape, which resulted in the points going up for the Slytherins by 10. Miss Parkinson claims Professor Snape was simply impressed by her great work on Altus Echelon, while disgruntled words of 'favouritism' are heard among the Gryffindors.
