That made Marigold pause and look up from her work. Was he demanding that she go on a date with him? That wasn't very nice. Girls shouldn't be forced into dates. She arched an eyebrow at him.
"Perhaps if you weren't so demanding and were giving me a choice in whether I go on a date with you or not, I would be better persuaded." Marigold informed him. "As it is, however, I'm far too busy to go on a date. Especially one that involves looking at Quills."
