James had his arm around Cepheus's shoulder as they snuck off the school grounds, headed for the gay club in Hogsmede. He was looking forward to showing off more than anything else. It was nice to spend time with his boyfriend and all that, but more than anything he wanted to show Cepheus that he'd made a good decision, picking him.

He glanced back at Albus and Scorpius, following them out the gates of Hogwarts, and grinned. "I think I'm a good influence on you, Al," he said. "You're sneaking out to go clubbing." He had a pretty blond boyfriend, even if they weren't admitting they were dating, for some reason.

James kissed Cepheus back, grinning and running a hand down to his arse. "Whiskey it is," he said, pushed to the bar and waiting for the bartender to notice him. It didn't take long. James loved gay clubs. Gay men always loved him. "Four whiskeys," he said, pulling out a few sickles to pay for the drinks. He looked down at Cepheus as they waited for their drinks. "Are you going to dance with me tonight?"

Scorpius could barely hear Albus. He nodded, moving a bit closer to him and taking his hand. "I don't want to get separated," he yelled back. "I've never been here before." He could feel the bass in his bones.

"I'm going to dance with you. So long as you're not bad at it." Cepheus looked James over carefully for a moment and then snorted. "Which I'm sure you're not. Unless Albus got all that talent."

Albus smiled softly at Scorpius and then kissed his cheek. He knew that Scorpius probably wasn't comfortable either. "Maybe we should get something to drink." He told him as he pulled him closer.

"Albus is a poor copy of me," James promised, shaking his head. "Poor kid. He's stuck with the second best of everything. No wonder he decided he should focus on potions. He's got nothing better to do with his life. I even got the best Malfoy." James picked up a whiskey when their drinks arrived, tossing one back and then pressing one into Cepheus's hands. "Drink and then we'll dance."

"Definitely," Scorpius said, looking around the room and then laughing. "I don't think I can ever begin to enjoy this until I have at least one drink in me. What do you want?" He scanned the bar. "I think I'll get a vodka something. Vodka loosens me up."

"You shouldn't talk that way about Albus. He's one of my best friends." Cepheus frowned as he looked back at James. He shook his head. "What if I don't want to dance with you? You're letting having me go to your head."

"Vodka and cranberry, I think." Albus told him and then leaned in, kissing Scorpius softly on the lips. "You don't want to dance with anyone else, right?"

James didn't really understand why he was getting in trouble. He took a sip of his drink and shook his head. "I'm just happy about it," he said. "What's wrong with being happy? I always tease Al."

Scorpius kissed Albus back, smiling against his lips. "No," he said. "Of course not. You're -- I only want to be with you." They weren't really boyfriends until Valentine's Day. He pushed to the bar with Albus so they could order their drinks, ordering vodka and cranberry for them both. "James seems happy with Cepheus, even if he is still a prat."

"Your teasing Albus has ruined his self-confidence." Cepheus shook his head and glanced at his friend. "Do you know how long he's fancied Scorpius and how long he's told himself he's not good enough for him? Because he's not handsome enough or smart enough."

"Yeah. Not exactly who I wanted to see with one of my best friends." Albus pointed out, then shrugged. "But, I can't choose for him."

"And now he knows he was wrong," James said, shrugging and looking at the other two boys. They looked perfectly happy to him. He and Cepheus didn't need to ruin their date by worrying about them too much. "Look, I'll ease off if it'll make you feel better. He's your friend. I should respect that."

"Too bad, right?" Scorpius laughed a little, then picked up his drink when it arrived, taking a sip of it and then looking at the men dancing in the club. "Louis comes here. I never really saw the appeal."

"You should respect him because he's your brother. Scorpius and I may be snippy with each other, but we never put one another down like that." Cepheus pointed out and then punched James's arm. "Now. Stop being a prat."

"I suppose it's supposed to be a good way to pick up men. Or whatever it is that my cousin does while he's here." Albus looked around for a moment, then sipped his drink and sighed. "We should dance. I'm a good dancer."

James gave Cepheus a fond smile when he punched him. "You're cute when you're angry," he said, downing his whiskey and then pulling Cepheus into a kiss. "Let's go dance so I can get jealous and push blokes off of you. I love doing that."

"I know you are," Scorpius said. "I know how to waltz. That's pretty much it. At least they're playing okay music." He eyed his drink for a moment, then downed it as quickly as he could, trying to ignore the urge to cough as he grabbed Albus's hand. "Come on," he said, with a smile. "That will at least make me think I can dance."

Cepheus snorted at James and then downed his whiskey in one go. He leaned in and kissed James softly, then grabbed him by his shirt and dragged him to the dance floor. He slid his hand beneath the other boy's shirt and smirked. "You love too much."

Albus couldn't help but laugh at Scorpius. He leaned in and kissed Scorpius softly, then grabbed his hips and pressed theirs together. "Move like this." He told him, moving their hips together.

James raised an eyebrow when Cepheus pulled him onto the dance floor and slipped a hand under his shirt. "I don't think there's such a thing as loving too much," he said, smiling down at Cepheus and pulling him closer. "What a thing to say."

Scorpius kissed Albus back, smiling against his lips. "I thought we were supposed to be dancing. This just feels like you're trying to give me an erection," he said, laughing as he tried to move the same way Albus was.

James was going to respond, but then Cepheus's mouth was on his neck and it didn't seem as important. He tugged the other boy further into the mass of dancing bodies and laughed, resting a hand protectively on his arse. "I like loving things," he said. "It makes things worthwhile."

Albus dancing away from him just made Scorpius wish he was closer again. He laughed, running a hand down the other boy's arm. "You're not sorry about it either though," he said. "You are really good at this."

"You can continue to love your things." Cepheus told James as he looked back at him, then bit the other boy's bottom lip. "If you really have to. Just don't be so obnoxious about it." He stuck out his tongue playfully and then bit James's neck again. "You can love my cock, however."

Albus did a turn and smiled at Scorpius. "I have a lot of practice. You should have taken jazz or tap or something. Instead of ballroom."

"A back room is the room in clubs like this where people do things like suck off their boyfriends." James pulled Cepheus closer and started leading him towards the room. "You'll like it."

Scorpius glanced in the direction Albus was looking, at the man who was supposedly checking him out, and then laughed. "He's probably looking at you," he said, smiling at Albus. "You're the one who knows how to dance. I think I might be the jealous type."

Cepheus wasn't so sure about going to a back room. Everyone would see them. He looked back at James and nodded as he followed along with him. He glanced around the room when the stepped into it, feeling ashamed. He could see everyone doing other things with their friends and... He wasn't sure he wanted to be there."

Albus knew that wasn't true. Scorpius was the better looking of the two of them. He moved a little closer to Scorpius and kissed his neck softly. "You're mine, Malfoy."
