Charlie stood in Malfoy Manor, placing the silver-paper wrapped gift he'd gotten for Draco. It wasn't anything spectacular. Just a silver pocketwatch with dragons engraved into it. It would do him well at his job at the ministry, which is what this party was for to begin with. He glanced at Rider. "When is Draco going to be here?"

"Soon." Pansy replied as she held Scorpius in one arm and Cepheus on the other. She smiled at the small pile or presents that were there. "I got him a strawberry-vanilla cake. I hope that's okay with him. It's what I'm craving." Which she didn't need to crave anything. She was as big as a house, pregnant with a Macnair.

Pyxis was wearing a sling on her arm and had a huge black eye from getting beat up at work. A man at a pub had hit her really good and thrown her across the room, breaking her arm in four different places. Now it was just sore. But, there were other things on her mind. She walked up to Rider. "I need to talk to you."

"Food," Draco said, after a moment. "I think we're less likely to fall into bed together if we're going out somewhere to eat than dancing or to a club, don't you? We can get dinner."

Rider shook his head, kissing Pansy again. "It's proof that I fucked you," he said. "Your sister's pregnant, by the way. I'm not responsbile for that one, but it is a Macnair. She and Walden had a fling and now she's knocked up."

Walden laughed softly. "Well, Stardust will get me and her brothers and sister and Valentine back soon enough." He looked around the flat and then shook his head. "I like it. I don't know why you said you weren't fond of it."

"Alright. Dinner it is." Charlie leaned in and kissed Draco softly on the lips, then held him close to his chest. He kissed his neck softly and pulled away. "When do you want to go?"

Pansy stared up at Rider. "You-" She frowned. "Pyxis is pregnant? What about her job?"

"I don't know. Maybe because I liked the idea of being with you." Pyxis looked up at him for a moment, then kissed him again. "Do you want to eat something?"

"This weekend?" Draco suggested, after a moment. "Maybe Friday night? We'll try this again and just... do it slow this time. It'll be nice."

"I don't know," Rider said, shrugging. "I assume she'll be okay. It can't be that impossible to be a pregnant Auror. There must be some precedent for it. She was going to talk to Walden about it."

"I like the idea of being with you too," Walden told Pyxis, smiling and kissing her again. "Yeah, that would be nice. You're sure you don't have to get back to your party?"
