Pyxis was so fat. And so pregnant. Her ankles were swollen. Her face was swollen. Her blood pressure was sky high and she was hungry. And she was fat. Did I mention she was fat? Either way, she was completely miserable and she couldn't work in her condition. So all she could do all day was sit in the flat that she and Walden now shared, petting at the kittens and flipping through the television.

When she heard someone come into the flat, Pyxis tried to peek towards the front door, but she couldn't bend over far enough. "I hope you're not a serial killer!" She called out. "Because I can't defend myself. Or get up."

Rabastan was busy at work with his wand. He cast a spell to hold a blanket up so she couldn't look down and then cut into her stomach. He looked up at Walden and then folded back her stomach muscles before he could see the baby.

He slowy began to pry the baby out until a screaming newborn was in his arms. He looked at Walden and cast a few spells to clean it up. "Do you want to cut the cord, Daddy?"

	Walden looked at Rabastan for a moment, then nodded, fumbling to get his wand out so he could cut the cord. "I can't believe it's here already," he said, casting the spell and then looking down at the baby. He smiled, and then looked at Pyxis. "You did really good. 	Pyxis was crying because she was over emotional. She reached up and wiped at her eyes, feeling numb. She looked at Walden and then at the baby. "What is it?" She asked, her voice quiet as tears rolled from the corners of her eyes. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Walden leaned down and kissed at Pyxis's face to try and comfort her, and then looked down at his child again. "It's -- it's a girl," he said, smiling. "We have a daughter." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Walden laughed. "Yes," he said, settling beside Pyxis and petting at their daughter's head. He looked at her and smiled. "She's absolutely perfect, Pyxis. Just... amazing. You did so good." He looked up at Rabastan, smiling at him. "Thank you." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Rabastan nodded and finished cleaning Pyxis up. He cast some spells to close her up and then looked up at the two of them when the blanket dropped. "She's going to need about two weeks of bed rest." Pyxis grumbled at that, but sat up a bit and looked down at the baby. "She's... big. Even for a girl. What are we going to name her?" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"I... have no idea," Walden admitted, laughing and touching her hair. He kissed Pyxis again as he moved to sit beside her on the couch so she could touch the baby as well. "You didn't like my choice for a girl's name." (Reply to this)(Parent)
