Brutus had a low tolerance for the amount of first years that seemed to think they didn't have to give him what he wanted. Clearly they were mistaken. He frowned to himself as another first year Hufflepuff informed him that he wasn't allowed to go into their common room. He grabbed the younger boy and slammed his head into the wall outside of where the entrance was. That was enough to get the boy to hit the butterbeer barrels in the right order to let him in.

Letting the kid walk it off, Brutus slipped into the Hufflepuff common room. And that was where he sat down, even though most people were looking at him as if he were lost. Ana would have to come down eventually.

"I'll try. I don't think I'm good enough. I've heard you sing." Brutus kissed her softly, lips trailing down her jaw and neck. "What would you want me to sing?"

Caspar looked back at Xavier sadly. He wanted to be an actor and he wanted to work on broadway. He wanted everyone to see how talented he was, because he knew he was talented. He knew he could do it. But, people were ignorant. "Why is it so easy for you to be gay?" He asked him quietly.

Ana made a soft sound when Brutus kissed her neck, resting a hand on his chest and laughing softly. "You should sing something nice," she told him. "Something... something romantic. I'd love it if you sang a long song to me." She pulled back and smiled at him. "Do you think you can do that?"

"Because I know I can make it no matter what people think," Xavier told Caspar. "I know I have the drive and talent to move beyong any prejudices they have, and I know that you do too. Plus, I can beat up anybody who says anything about me. And I can do the same for you, because you don't deserve any of their shit. You're too good for them. You're too good for Hogwarts. And you hiding part of what makes you special and unique is hurting your chances of making it big because you're not putting everything out there yet. If everyone else saw all of what you are, they'd never question that you're a star, Caspar. I don't."

Brutus wasn't sure about this. He'd never really sang for people before and now she really wanted him to sing for her. He bit his bottom lip and nodded. "I'll try to think of something." He promised her. "You should eat. I'm starving."

Caspar reached up and wiped at his eyes. Xavier was so sure about everything with him. So positive about everything. Scorpius barely even talked to him these days. "I should really find my boyfriend." He told him quietly, but let his fingers brush against Xavier's hand.
