They were in Sudan Mom and Grandpa had just discovered the lost tomb of Seti II and dad and he mercenary buddies had come to plunder it though it was more Bushman’s idea. Grandpa ran out to kill Bushman to protect the artifact and the village there were in and Bushman killed him. Mom ran out of the building she was hiding in screaming I’ll kill for this. Dad just wanting to get the lady out of there told her he could shoot her if she didn’t get in the damn jeep and drive as far away as she could
