Actually we don’t get rid of the smoke flavor we never put it in there due to the way the malt is dried, which gives it a much sweet, toasty honey flavor. But you’re right it’s not Scotch because it’s Whiskey.
Just out of curiosity why aren’t you allowed to drink?
