timothy g. greengrass ([info]greengrasses) wrote in [info]valesco,
What exactly, made him charge toward the figure standing near their broken, widely open window, Tim couldn't explain. Instinct, probably, a bit of stupidity as he was basically in the dark and shoeless and in his pajamas, but. Someone was trying to break into their house! There was some punk trying to break into their house and Tim was not going to just let him go.

"HEY!" he shouted again, flinging open the door and shooting some flares at the feet of the intruder---Tim refrained from flinging some nasty spells at him as they were in a pretty muggle neighborhood, but---but he could definitely catch this guy, for sure, but--

Tim slowed down his run at the edge of the front lawn, watching the intruder continue down the street. Well--well then. That was terrifying yet quite anticlimactic. And cold! Very cold, snow was very cold and Tim hurried back to the front porch and into the house. What was he doing, just trying to break in? Just---

The shadow from the side of the porch made Tim jump out of his skin, but at least he was able to pull his arms in to brace himself from the impact of the second intruder's tackle into the snow.

"TAKING OUR FUCKING RIGHTS AWAY----"

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT--" Tim managed, struggling to get out from under the other man. Rights? What rights did Tim have to offer people and-----oh, "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND!"
